We check your endoscope and make a deficiency report for you.  You will receive a prompt cost estimate free of charge.  
You decide, whether the repair should be realised or if you want to receive the unrepaired endoscope free of cost back.

After approval for repair, we go on with necessary steps with care. At the end the endoscope passes a final control and you will receive your upgraded endoscope back..
